Privacy Policy — Hermes Personal Automation

Single-user personal automation run by the account owner on their own server. It accesses only the owner's own Google account, with the owner's authorization.

Uses:

• Gmail — read and search messages to summarize the inbox; send messages the owner approves.
• Google Drive — upload backup files the owner creates.
• Google Calendar — log completed backups.

Data handling: email text is processed on the owner's server. When an AI-assisted inbox summary runs, relevant email text is sent to the configured AI provider (OpenRouter) solely to generate that summary. The owner does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. Google user data is not used to train models. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
